Hey ladies, I recently went to Winner’s, I never knew they carried OPI and China Glaze polishes. I was able to pick up OPI Natural Nail Base Coat and Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat. They both cost $8 and when I usually see them for $14. So it was a great buy in my opinion.
What is your favourite top and base coat?
