Weight Loss: Day 1

Hey ladies, I know I haven't made a weight loss in awhile. But today I actually started working out, I'm so proud of myself. I walked on the treadmill for 30mins at the speed 3.5. That resulted in me burning 251 calories. As well I walked 1.48 miles. After that I felt tired but so good at the same time. After that I worked out my arms doing 6 sets of 10. Couldn't tell you the actually exercises cause I don't know what they are called. But overall I'm proud of myself. Hopefully I stick to this. Will keep you ladies updated on my progress.
