Haul | Tarte

Hey loves, just stopping by to share with you another overdue post; this will be the first of many Sephora posts to come but I`m so behind on hauling that I wanted to take this time to catch up before the holidays were over. So months ago, maybe back in September, I was browsing online and saw the Tarte Coral Crush eye & cheek palette. I knew I needed this in my life; especially because it was beautiful packaging and because it was an online exclusive item. I still haven`t had a chance to use it. But it`s absolutely gorgeous. It`s such a great palette for everyday looks as well. It comes with 6 shadows, a blush, a highlighter and a bronzer. Definitely can`t wait to start using this in the upcoming months.

   

Lastly, I finally decided to pick up the Timeless 12-hour lipstick from the Aqualillies collection. I had been eyeing it for ages but I couldn`t makeup my mind if I needed it or not. But I finally broke down and bought it because it was the last one at my location. And I knew if I didn`t get it, I would of been completely devastated. I almost have the complete Aqualillies collection; I`m only missing the Smoother Operator powder. I still have a ton of it at my location and it`s online as well still. I doubt I will pick it up seeing I have a tone of setting powders but I might just give in over these next couple of weeks. If you have tried the Smooth Operator powder; what are your thoughts on it? Would you recommend it?

Hey loves, just stopping by to share with you this long overdue http://Sephora.com haul. I swear I ordered this items way before Halloween and I`m just getting around to sharing them with you. I swear I love online shopping; but I hate waiting for things to arrive to me. But online has such a great selection of products that I can never find in store and I`m super happy I finally got my hands on these items. The first thing I had to get my hands on was the Lorac Pro palette. I`ve been wanting it ages; I feel like I`m the last person to get my hands on it. But I am such a huge fan of this brand and I have high hopes for this palette. I also picked up the small size of the Tantalizer Baked Bronzer. I thought this would make a great highlight color for my skin. As well I might be able to use it as all over face bronzer to warm up my complexion during these cold, sunless winter months.

  

The last thing I picked up was the Anastasia She Wears It Well palette. I`ve heard a lot of great thing about her shadows and I wanted to give them a try. I haven`t tried it out yet but they swatch beautifully and have great color payoff. I definitely can`t wait to try out another from this brand in the new year.

 

Definitely keep and eye out for posts and tutorials featuring these palettes in the New Year. They will be great and I can`t wait to show you the looks I come up these. What`s your favorite eyeshadow palette?

Weight Loss | Week 3 & 4

Hey loves, just stopping by with this super quick update. In the last 2 weeks I`ve only been able to go to the gym twice. We have had some ridiculously cold weather lately. We even had the weather go down to -29 Celsius. Even though the weather was completely garbage I was able to drop 2lbs! I think that`s so fabulous, especially since I have fallen in love with the Starbucks Egg Nog Latte. I`m really hoping the weather warms up a bit. So I can make it to the gym next week. But in the mean time I will work in doing some at home workouts and hopefully I will get some results from it.

Black Friday Haul | Express

Hey loves, just wanted to share with you the few goodies I picked up from Express for Black Friday. Originally I wasn`t on doing any shopping but my mom sent me on a mission for her and I happy I did. I picked up my first set oh watches. I`m not a person to wear a watch but I asked for a Michael Kors watch so I thought I would get a couple I could wear on a more regular basis. Everything was 50% off, even on sale items. The first watch I got was the hot pink one. It was on sale for $59 and I couldn`t pass it up. I was only going to get the one but then I decided that I might as well get one that I could wear daily and went with the black one with gold accents.

 

 

 

The last thing I picked up were these glasses. I`ve been eyeing them since about my birthday which one August and I finally decided to get them. I love these type of frames but I always break them so I`m happy I got these on a great deal.

 

 

 

I wish I had picked up some clothes. But seeing I`m one weight loss journey; I didn`t want to buy something I wouldn`t be able to wear in a few months. Did you guys pick up anything from express?

Haul | Chanel

Hey loves, just wanted to share with you my first purchase from Chanel. I picked up my first lipstick a couple of weeks ago. I wanted to get my hands on a bunch of the products from the holiday collection but I only ended up with one. The lipstick I decided to go with is Rouge Allure Velvet in 327 La Désirée. It`s such a beautiful deep red and I can`t wait to wear it. Hopefully I will get a chance to use it very soon. Where you able to pick up anything from this collection?

Haul | Drug Store Goodies

Hey loves, just wanted to share with you the new items I picked up. There are a lot of new things coming out and I couldn`t resist getting some a try. The first things I picked up were two new mascaras from Maybelline; which makes my favorite drug store mascaras ever! I got the The Colossal Smoky Eyes in Blackest Smoke and Blue Blaze. I definitely can`t wait to try out these and see how great they on my lashes. I haven`t seen or heard much about them but I`m excited to see the results. I also picked my first L`Oreal Colour Riche Smokey Eyes Quad in So Over It! I`ve been waiting ages to try one of these and I finally was able to decide on one I really liked.

   

 

Next I picked up two new lipsticks from Wet N Wild. I went with two shades that are perfect for Fall/Winter. The ones I went with are Spiked With Rum and Ravin` Raisin. I also was able to pick up my first Milani lipsticks. I`m a real huge fan of this brand and I`ve heard such great things about these lipsticks that I needed to add them to my collection. The colors I decided to go with were more vampy and great for this time of the year but aren`t limited to just Fall/Winter. The shades I went with are Plumrose, Uptown Mauve and Sangria.

 

Lastly, I picked up the Soap & Glory Hand Food. I`ve always heard good things about this brand and seeing the cold winter months are upon us and decided to it a try. My hands are becoming super dry and hopefully these will keep them super hydrated. I also picked up two new Essie polishes in Mind Your Mittens and Sable Collar.

   

I`m definitely excited to try out all these new goodies out and incorporate these in my daily makeup. Have you guys had a chance to try out any of these items yet?

Makeup No Buy!!

Hey loves, just wanted to stop by and share with you my current makeup no buy. So starting today, December 1, 2013; I am no longer to buy any makeup. I honestly have a ridiculously large collection and I need to get threw it. My goal is not to buy any makeup until I buy a car. Which is hopefully not too long, I`m hoping by April but the latest is June. I definitely think I can do that. But there will be some exceptions, like when I go to Vegas and Baltimore for visits I will love to do a little damage because the States have such great prices. 

While doing this no buy I`m going to update you on products I`ve hit pan on as well as finished. This no buy includes both beauty and skincare. During this time as well I will be working on reviews and letting you know what I think of the products I used up. Hopefully doing this will give me a chance to rediscover products that I loved in the past. And just a quick little heads up well, I`ve shopped a lot in the past couple of weeks and I haven`t shared them with you yet. So I will still be posting a lot of hauls from now to the new year but it isn`t anything brand new or anything like that.

Weightloss | Week 1 & 2

Hey loves, this update is long over due. But I still wanted to tell you how everything is going. So my first week back at the gym I was able to loose a solid 2lbs; which is great. I only had a chance to go twice because of work. But when I did go I was able to put in a solid two hours of cardio. With me going back, I`m just starting with cardio until I get use to being back at the gym regularly. 

For my second week back at the gym I was only able to go once. I was a little disappointed because I wanted to stick with it. But the weather was horrible that week with snow storm warnings. Even though I wasn`t able to work out like I wanted to I was able to maintain the weight I loss and didn`t gain anything.

I`m super happy that I didn`t gain anything and with me being able to go back this week like I want to. I should be able to loose something this week as well. It doesn`t look like I will be adding yoga and Pilates to my routine yet. But I`m going to add some at home workouts and hopefully that will help me stay on track with my goals. Definitely will be back with another update very soon and tell you about my progress.

Hey loves, just stopping by real quick with a new nail polish post. So yesterday was my first real day off in weeks and I completely enjoyed it. Spent the full day with my princess watching movies and cleaning; it was a fabulous day. At the end of the night I decided to treat myself to a manicure and pulled out this beautiful polish for the holiday season.

Weight Lose | Update

Hey loves, just wanted to pop in and share with you a quick update on my weight loss journey. When I first started I was doing great I has lost between 10-12lbs. But with work becoming busy and my other job needing me to work more shifts I`ve been slacking on a serious note. I honestly haven`t been to the gym in about 5 weeks I think now; and durning that time I`ve gained back about 8lbs. I`m not super happy about that but it`s a journey I`m trying to commit to.

With that being all said and done; today was my first day back to the gym and it was amazing. I just started off with cardio and I`m planning to do that only for the next couple of weeks. Once I get back into going to the gym regularly I`m going to we adding weights to my routine. 

Along with that I will be adding yoga and Zumba once a week to the mix. This time around I know exactly what days I will be going and it will always be the same from here on out as well. And I`m super pumped about it. Along with this set schedule, I have given myself a 3 month goal. By February I want to loose 25-30lbs; I`m going on my first vacation in about 4years. I`m currently weighing in at 158.3lbs and I think my goal is achievable. That means I have about 3 months to drop this extra weight I`m carrying around and it gives me a monthly goal I want to reach.

In addition to me starting over. I`m going to be updating you guys about every two weeks with my progress and let you know what`s helpings stay on track and what tools I`m using to help me get fit and toned as well. I would love to hear back from you guys if you have any awesome tips for me to try. As well if you`re a green smoothie drinker, I would love to her what you put in your smoothie.

I also tried a different lip shade and I think it came out pretty nice. It`s still a very subtle makeup but still very on trend.

Haul | Limited Edition Maybelline

Hey loves, just stopping by to share with you the items I picked up from Shoppers Drug Mart. I`ve been spending the last few weeks looking for Maybelline`s Fall collection but I couldn`t find it in a regular drugstore. But finally to my luck I was able up find the display at the Shoppers Drug Mart near my house. I only picked up the eyeshadow palettes because I needed to have them in my collection. The colors are 130 Autumn Dream and 140 Fall Temptation. I honestly can`t wait to use these are create some looks and tutorials to share with you guys. I was also lucky enough to find Essie nail polishes on sale for $3. I didn`t know which colors but I only ended up with two this time around. The ones I decided to go with were After School Boy Blazer and The Lace Is On. I`m currently wearing The Lace Is On and it`s featured in a previous post. But it`s definitely a great color for Winter and I`m happy added it to my collection.

I`m really loving the Sephora Desert Sunset palette. I`m definitely going to try and create a few more looks with this palette and hopefully get a chance to film a couple of tutorials as well. Have you ladies and gents had a chance to use this palette yet?

Haul | Sephora

Hey loves, just wanted to stop by and share with you somethings that I picked up from the Sephora Collection. I`m really starting to love the Sephora Collection products and I can`t wait to get my hands on it so I can try out more things. The first thing I picked up was the Desert Sunset Eyeshadow and Blush palette. I picked mine up on sale for $11 I believe. It was definitely a great but; it comes with 12 shadows, a blush and a bronzer. You can definitely create a lot of beautiful looks with it; from everyday to smokey eyes.

   

The next palette I picked up was the Black Magic. It`s the same size as the previous palette. It comes with another great selection of colors and none of them are a repeat from the other palette as well. The only difference is that this one comes with 2 blushes which is a plus for me.

   

Then I decided to pick up 2 of the Outrageous Prisma Chrome shadows. I previous only had two in my collection and I adore them. So once I saw these online I had to get the colors I already didn`t own. So I picked up Outrageous Metallic Bronze and Outrageous Metallic Grey.

 

The last two things I picked up were the Flirt-It Lash Duos. I honestly don`t need anymore lashes but these were on sale so I couldn`t pass them up.

 

I`m definitely going to work on creating looks using these items and featuring them here; as well as Instagram. So keep an eye out for those upcoming posts.

Tutorial | Black Barbie

Hey loves, just wanted to share with you my second Halloween look for this year. I already have one Halloween tutorial on my youtube so don`t forget to check it out. At work we have the 10 Days of Halloween going on and today was cartoon bombshell day and I went as Black Barbie. Haul | Sephora

Hey loves, just wanted to share with you this quick haul from Sephora. Recently, I`ve fallen in with the Sephora Collection so I`m always picking up things from it. A couple or weeks ago I picked up two shadows. The first one was Dying For Shoes. Which is such a pretty darken plum color. It would be perfect for smokey eyes or in the crease. Then I picked up Girls Night Out. I mainly got this one because of the name but it is a really pretty gold shade. I feel like these two would actually pair really nicely together as well.  

While in store I was also able to pick up the Urban Decay Greed Eyeshadow Primer Potion. It was on sale for $12 which was a steal. I picked up a new pencil sharpener. And lastly, I picked up the Sephora Color-proof Eyeliner in Turquoise Glitter; which is waterproof. I picked this up because my best friend was wearing it and it looked fabulous on her.

 

I will definitely be doing swatches and reviews on these products on a later date. Hopefully it will happen before the new year. What`s your favorite brand sold at Sephora?

Hey loves, just wanted to stop by real quick and share this random little haul with you. First of I finally picked up something from MAC which I haven`t done since like July. Which is kind of fabulous lol. But I only picked up one lipstick from the Rihanna collection. I got the color Talk That Talk. I know I didn`t show the color in this picture but it`s all over the internet. But if you stay tuned I will have a haul on my channel sharing the color. 

Next I stopped into Winners and I had the hardest time not picking up everything in sight. I only picked up one polish from OPI in Eiffel For This Color. They always have such a great color selection so I`m definitely going to again and get some more colors. Lastly, I stopped in at Target. I honestly wasn`t planning on picking up anything. But I really like the Revlon ColorStay polishes. And I was like I need some new colors for Fall/Winter. I ended up with 209 Midnight and 130 Velvet Rope.

 

Definitely can`t wait to try out my new lipstick and paint my nails these amazing colors. Where you lovely ladies and gents able to pick up anything from the Rihanna Collection?

Hey loves, just stopping by to share with you this quick little haul from Aldo and The Bay. Lately I`ve been on this fashion tip and I`ve been wanting to step my game up. When I stopped in at Aldo I picked up 3 new sunglasses and I love them. They are super cute and chic and I love how they look on.

   

 

Next I stopped at The Bay on my way home and they had a bunch of the BCBG bracelets on sale. They were all under $7 because there was an extra 30% off. Definitely can`t wait to style these and share with guys what I come up with.

 

Haul | Jordan`s

Hey loves, just wanted to stop and share with you this quick little post. So a couple of weeks ago I decided to pick up my first pair of Jordan`s and I`m in love. These are the Son of Mars and they are fabulous because of the highlighter yellow on the soles. I`m not a huge sneaker head or anything but I just needed these in my life. This is probably going to be the start of many Jordan posts but that`s ok with me.

   

 Next I picked up a couple of Blue Jay fitted`s and I honestly don`t know when I`m going to rock them now. But I`m definitely looking forward to Summer when I will have no problem doing so. I also picked up a New York toque which I`ve been living in. Seeing it`s already getting pretty chilly hear. I`m definitely looking into getting another one but I haven`t decided what team yet.
