Hey ladies, so I worked out again tonight. So happy with that. Today was a short day, I only walked for 15 minutes. I walked on speed 2.5 at an incline of 10. With that I burnt 120 calories and walked 0.5 miles. After that I did 4 reps of 10 on my arms; as well as 4 reps of 10 on my legs. Hopefully I will be back tomorrow after another work out.
