Hey ladies, just wanted to share with you the outfit I wore to work today. This past week it’s been feeling like Fall in the mornings, very chilly but by the end of the day it’s super warm. So I’ve been wearing alot of over sized light weight sweaters. I’m kind of excited for Fall this year seeing I’m working on changing up my style again. But at the same time it means Winter is almost here and I’m completely dreading that. Oh well, I really liked the way this outfit turned out today. And I can’t wait to post more as the weather changes.

Hey ladies, just wanted to share with you the 2 items I picked up from Sephora recently. My birthday was the beginning of August and I went and got my VIB birthday gift. This year it was the Fresh Sugar Kisses Mini Lip Duo. In this mini set it comes with the Mini Sugar Lip Treatment and the Mini Sugar Rose Tinted Lip Treatment. I’ve never tried Fresh products so I thought this would be a great way to see how I liked them. As well while waiting in line to get my gift I picked up the travel size of the Urban Decay De Slick Oil Control Makeup Setting Spray. Lately, I’ve been noticing I’ve been alot oiler and I want to find something to help me control the situation. I saw that alot of people on youtube liked this product so I thought I would pick it up to give it a try. I haven’t used it yet; seeing that I’m currently trying out the MAC Oil Control lotion. But by the end of September I’m hoping I will finally get around to giving this a try.

Hey ladies, I just wanted to stop by real quick and share with you the new lipstick I picked up from MAC. Honestly, I know I don’t need any more lipsticks, or anything else for that matter, but MAC released a new finish and I just had to try it out. They recently launched the new Pearl Cremesheen Lipsticks and I needed to have one to add to my collection. These are permanent colors so there isn’t a need to run out and get them. They had a bunch of pretty colors but I only got one, seeing I thought I would wear this one the most. The one I picked up was Shanghai Spice. It’s such a pretty nude color and I think it will look amazing when I want to wear a super bold eye or cheek color. I haven’t swatched or worn it yet. But I will be doing a review on it soon. Well in a couple of weeks or so.

Hey ladies, I just wanted to stop by real quick and share with you what I wore out last night. Like I said in my FOTD post I had gone out for some drinks with a co-worker of mine to catch up and chill. And I wasn’t too sure where we were going so I wanted to look classy but not extremely out there. I decided I was going to be super covered up, which has been a complete change seeing I’ve been loving wearing sheer shirts and things. But I liked how it turned out and I’m loving off my new heels.

Hey ladies, just stopping by to share with you the makeup I wore out last night. I went out with a co-worker of mine to grab some drinks and catch up. Honestly, it was another good night. I can’t wait to do it again soon. I wanted to do something super simple and easy but still appropriate for a night out without looking over done and I’m pretty positive that I achieved that. Hey ladies, just wanted to share with you the color I painted my nails last night. I used one of my new polishes from the OPI Germany Collection.

This is such an amazing purple color and I can't get enough of it. It's such a great shade for the upcoming fall/winter season.

Hey ladies, just wanted to share with you the new polishes I picked up! In my birthday gift post I talked about wanting to get a few more colors from the OPI Germany collection and I did. Super excited that I was able to grab the colors I wanted. I picked up My Very First Knockwurst and Nein! Nein! Nein! Ok Fine! I also picked up another Zoya polish in the color Tart. I think all 3 colors will be great for the upcoming Fall/Winter season.

Hey ladies, this is the makeup I wore to work yesterday. I wanted to go with something a little more natural with a pop of color because after work I was going for wing night with a bunch of friends. I haven’t gone out for wing night in ages so I really had a good time. I’m thinking I should make it a monthly thing so I can have some fun other than going to the club all the time. For this look I used my Urban Decay Naked 2 palette, I’m loving it so much. It’s such a great palette and I can’t wait to create a tutorial using it.

Hey ladies, just wanted to share with you my new foundation/tinted moisturizer. This summer like every other summer I got slightly tanned and all my other foundations are to light. Meaning they leave me looking super ashy. So I was like I needed to get a tinted moisturizer that would get me thru the end of summer and carry over into the fall. I decided to go with MAC because I love them and I figured they would have something that would work. I tried on Deep, Deep Plus and Deep Dark and to my surprise Deep Dark was my match. The other 2 were extremely to light and I believe that I will be able to use this all year around hopefully.

Have you tried this tinted moisturizer? What’s your favorite tinted moisturizer?

Hey ladies, just wanted to come by real quick and share with you what I recently painted my toes. I always love wearing the new polishes I picked up even though I have so many to try out. The newest always get used first. And this is no expectation. I used another color from the Nicki Minaj Mini set. I used Fly it's such a beautiful color and I love it for summer. I looks great against my skin tone. I will review this soon and give you a more details on what I think of this polish.

Hey ladies, just wanted to come thru and share with you the new Zoya polishes I recently picked up. I picked up the three new Fleck Effect Top Coats. I was super excited when I saw these cause they made me think of Essie Luxeffects but more on the subtle side. The colors are: Chloe, Maisie and Opal. Honestly, I’m beyond excited for these and I’m currently wearing Maisie and I love the effect it gives. I think with different base polishes you will get a different affect, so I can’t wait to keep trying these out.

Hey ladies, here is a small one item haul from MAC. Recently, MAC released the Heavenly Creature collection and I’ve picked up a bunch of items from it. I decided to go back and grab another mineralize blush. The one I picked up this time around was Ring of Saturn. I haven’t used it yet but it swatched beautifully in the store and I had to get it. I will do swatches of it soon, probably when I film the haul video for this collection, so keep an eye out for that. Did you pick up anything from this collection?

Hey ladies, just wanted to share with you the new mini polishes I recently picked up. Usually I’m not really into owning minis but seeing my collection is getting so huge I thought it wouldn’t hurt to start to add some to my collection. I recently was in Winners, like usual, and I saw the Orly Hot Shots set. It comes with 4 great colors for summer: Holla, Hook Up, Hottie and Blue Collar. I’ve worn Hottie already and it’s such an amazing neon pink and I love how it looks against my skin. Then I also saw the OPI Nicki Minaj Mini Set and had to grab it. I’ve been looking to grab some of the polishes from this collection but I could never find the ones I wanted and this set had them all: Did It On ‘Em, Fly, Pink Friday and Metallic 4 Life. Honestly, can’t wait to give these colors a try. Lastly, I picked up the CND Super Shiney High-Gloss Top Coat. I’m not a huge fan of top coats because I smudge my nails while waiting it for to dry but I thought I would give it a try anyways. I’ve used it once so far and I’m liking it, hopefully it stays that way.

I honestly, haven’t posted one of these in weeks because I wasn’t able to wear makeup because I got tanned and I was super oily. But recently I got the MAC Oil Control for a birthday present so I used it today. I also picked up the MAC Studio Moisture Tint SPF 15 in Deep Dark and I’m beyond happy about wearing makeup again.

Birthday Gifts

Hey ladies, just wanted to share with you one of my presents I recently received from my friend for my birthday. Well my friend decided to take me shopping seeing he had no clue what to get me and let me grab a few things I wanted to add to my collection. First we stopped at Chatters cause I wanted to see if they had any good polishes on sale but they didn’t. But while in there I spotted the new OPI Germany Collection and I had to pick up a few colors. The two I grabbed were: Unfor-Greta-Bly Blue and Suzi & the 7 Dusselldorfs. I also picked up a Zoya polish in Lara. I picked it up to go along with some Zoya polishes that I recently picked up. I will probably go back in a few weeks and grab a few more colors from the Germany Collection because they are so beautiful. Lastly, we stopped at MAC and I picked up the Oil Control Lotion. Lately, I haven’t been wearing makeup because it has been super hot and humid and it hasn’t even lasted by the time I left the house, so hopefully this helps with the oil control in my t-zone area.

Hey ladies, just wanted to take this time and try and catch up on my blog. So my birthday was this past Tuesday, Aug 7 and I turned 24 and honestly this was one of the best birthday’s ever!
