Weight Loss: Week 1

Hey ladies this is such a late update. So my first week of getting fit was hard. I only had a chance to work out 1 day. But I did pretty good, worked out for 30 mins. So I was able to eat healthy the whole week without snacking on a lot of junk food. Something I’m super proud of. So I current weight 153.0Lbs. This means I lost 3.4Lbs. This is super exciting. Hopefully when I do my weight in on Monday, I either stay the same or lose a couple of more pounds. Be back on Monday to let you know how it’s going. Wish me luck!
