Hey ladies, here is another later post. So for that week I was slacking again, not as bad as the first week. I’m not really stressed about losing my weight anymore. I basically realized that it’s not going to happen overnight. So for week 4 I was at 153. I think I went up, but I’m 2 lazy to check from my last post. For week 5, which I will be posting right away, I did much better. I finally found a way to get into exercising without really exercising and I’m loving it.
