Hey ladies, this is my third week into trying to drop some pounds. This week was another week that I didn’t work out. All I did was basically run around with my daughter. I didn’t snack on any junk food and I’ve still been eating healthy. As well I have been trying not to eat any food after 8pm. And if I do, it’s just some fruits or vegetables. This week I’m down to 151.0lbs, this is 1.2lbs down. I’m super excited about that. I can’t wait to see how much I lose next week and figure out how much I lost in a month.
