Weight Loss: Week 2

Hey ladies, so this past week, I didn’t do as good. I was still eating healthy but I only worked out once. And I ate alot of candy. Oops lol oh well though. I still lost weight though, so I’m happy about that. I’m at 152.2lbs, this means I only lost 0.8lbs. That’s better than I thought it would be. I honestly thought I would gain 5lbs. But hopefully this week goes better. I haven’t exercised at all yet, but I’m planning on working out tonight for a bit. So wish me luck for a better week. See you soon for another update.
